Went to see Stephen P. Verb, M.D. for a check up - <br>The appointment was rushed, he seemed like he needed to be somewhere else. Not much explanation. Did examination quickly and rough - minimal explanation.<br>I was excited to make an exit. <br>No bedside manners. Will not be going back.<br><br>I'm sure that you'd agree that's it's real easy to tell when someone is passionate about their job.

Doctor was pretty cold...no emotion...in and out..with no personality or showed any concern for my issue. Some staff members were very nice while others were just dry...I will be looking for a new doctor.

I had cataract surgery done about three years ago, and the results were absolutely perfect. Almost all of my friends who had this surgery done by other doctors experienced problems, and I am still glad that I picked him as my surgeon, based on the recommendation of my wonderful optometrist. I simply asked him which doctor he would choose if he had this surgery done, and he told me that he would only have it done by Dr. Kleinfeldt.

Very unprofessional. Walked in and walked out because he was busy, while I was waiting for over an hour. All he said its fine, didnt even give me a chance to ask a question he was already out the door. Very sad for a health professional.
