Front desk host was respectful and courteous. Staff was kind sincere during my visit. The office is very clean and tidy. Enjoyed my visit. Will be returning.

All the office personnel at OSM were very professional, prompt, and considerate. I spent very little time waiting for services, and all services provided were first class.

The exit receptionist was rude, disrespectful and attempted to disparage me about overdue Co-payments today. I been attending OSM since June 2013, and never left my appointment feeling like I need to take my business some where else. The level of services appears to have declined and professionalism also.

Shes very caring, professional, made a scary moment manageable under her care. I really felt understood and she made sure I was following every step of the way.
