Horrible experience. Nate Kleinfeldt has poor interpersonal skills. He could care less about the clients concerns. Very arrogant. Hes more interested in performing surgery. All he did was try to pressure me to have cataract surgery. Avoid him at all costs. He spent a couple minutes with me. When I decided that I dont want cataract surgery right away and would like to think about it. He became very upset and stood up in the middle of the conversation and was ready to leave.

Dr. Chow is an excellent eye specialist doctor. He is knowledgeable, professional, nice and accomodating. I have no regrets whatsoever. I would highly recommend him.

I think that OSM is very professional, caring workers. Also I want to thank Ms.Laura who schedule my mother for surgery her personality is beautiful.
