Clean office. Very health/safety conscious so thats good. Very unprofessional though. Too busy to be thorough. Be prepared to wait... Remember to know your Own health issues because they dont even read your paperwork or previous visit information. Dr will not remember you, at least our Dr did not. And previous, 2/3 visits computers were not working so cant print receipt payment or make future appointments. Please call back at a later date. They do not make appointment reminder calls even though they say that the automated system does which it does not at least not for me. It is because of these reasons that I attended my 19 yr old sons appointment (he has significant amount of eye pressure that needs monitoring) I could not trust them to see him by themselves I wanted a witness/adult to be present. Atypical we waited 40 minutes only to get called back and the nurse not the front desk ask for his ID which we forgot of course. In the 40 minutes I could have drove home grabbed it for him and drove back and still had 25 minutes of wait time remaining um hello he was an adult last appointment and the appointment before that too and you did not ask to see it, I was told they could not see him because they needed proof of who he was! Well than I guess well go. AND we will not return! Technically it was our fault this time but because the 3 prior visits did not go well I will take him somewhere else and I dont recommend this location!

It has been the worst experience ever. I had both cataracts removed. Dr. Kleinfeldt spent probably five minutes with me prior to each surgery. After the surgery was worse. I had trouble with the second eye. Two doctors in his office saw the problem, I had a second and third opinion from other eye doctors who saw the "mistake" immediately. When I demanded to finally see Dr. Kleinfeldt, he spent another five minutes with me and said "Nothing is wrong with your lens". I tried questioning him about the other four doctors findings and he stood at the door looked at me and repeated, "There is nothing wrong with your lens". A year later I still have headaches, still see halos' and glare with a lens that Dr. Kleinfeldt says has nothing wrong with it. Please stay away from this man, because if there is any problem after your surgery he will not help you.
