Everyone at the office I encountered, were professional, competent, friendly, and efficient. I had numerous tests done. All were FULLY explained; what was going to happen, why the test, and what the results meant. Dr. Ahmed and staff took the time to make sure my questions were answered and I felt comfortable throughout the process.

My mom recently had a very pleasant experience at OSM Livonia, with Dr Ellenberg and staff. Every aspect of the visit was professional and clean. Staff was knowledgeable and caring. She appreciated the time spent with her and the explanations to all of her questions provided. She will be returning!
