Very hurried approach, does not take time to explain throughly,has an arrogant uncaring attitude. Office is run like a free clinic, appointment or not you are hurded around like cattle,I was in the office over 2.5 hours most of which was waiting time between testing, moved from one station to another with no or little explanation of procedures until I asked. While in one testing room, many interruptions by other staff,opening and closing of door, bumping into machine I was being tested on,multiple testing stations in one room with other patients,something I have never encountered before!! The doctor spend no more than 10 minutes with me overall I would not return or reccommend this office to my worst enemy. Clearly system is not set up for the comfort of the patient but to allow the doctor to see patients in an assembly line type venue. This clinic/office is set up to maximize profits with little or no regard for the patient. Dr Kleinfeldt has minimal people skills, is in and out of the office quickly, leaves without asking if you have questions. I could go on and on but I do not believe this review or any other like it with effect change in Dr Kleinfeldt or the way he chooses to have his office run.

He's a brilliant young doctor. He's treated me for my glaucoma for years and uses the latest technology. The clinic is state-of-the-art and the staff are great!

Very professional, caring physician and staff, Not hurried, explained things thoroughly and answered all my questions. Pleasant and clean environment.

Very busy office. Staff was effieint and pleasant to deal with. I wish could say the same about the doctor. I had an alleric reaction to the eye drops.I told him my face felt hot. He said it was fine. Don't think he even looked at my face it was defintely red. I have a neuromuscluar disease which can be life threatening. Went to ER because the redness extended allover face and neck.I will never let him do surgery on me.Many tests but miniamal Dr.time and totally none caring. Felt he should be able to reconise an allergic reaction.
