Dont go here if you have migraines, asthma, or anything else triggered by fragrance. They told me they have air fresheners and use fragranced products. Unreal. Standard of care in healthcare facilities is fragrance free.

My experience with Dr. Ellenberg was good. He came in the room and reassured me that what I was sent to him for by my eye doctor wasn't the case. I was so appreciative of my eye doctor Dr. Khalaf for wanting to make sure it wasn't something more serious. He confirmed it was something I have to have rechecked in 3 months and if any symptoms to return ASAP. He was fast like some reviews say but felt he answered my questions and the assistant wrote down what the name of what I have so I could google it to understand more of what it is. I will see him in January and hopefully not before.

I was sent to OSM directly from the eye doctor's since there could have been a possible issue with my right eye. They called OSM from the office and had me go right over. I had no pain or issues with that eye but Dr. Khalaf was being cautious which is always a good thing. When I got there I filled out just 2 papers and they took me right back. I went from one room to the other with the assistants putting drops in my eyes and doing whatever else they had to do. It was fast and professional with barely no waiting! I was so appreciative of no long waits like most of the time I have to do in most doctor offices. Turns out Dr. Ellenberg found it was just something I had to keep an eye on (no pun intended) and return in 3 months to check again. Also said if I had certain symptoms to call ASAP. My husband was with me and we both appreciated how efficient the office was run. I have an appointment in January for a re-check so I'm hoping we have the same experience!

Very poor service. Doctors are always in rush during the check up. But the worse part is in the two times I visited them the nurse in both visits could follow up the doctor instructions regarding prescribing the medication. In the first time they did not send the right quantity. On the second visit, the doctor prescribed two different eyes drops and when I went to the pharmacy to pick up, was surprised that only one was sent. Tried to call them 3 times and left voice messages to no avail. Dont recommend OSM to anyone . Very bad service!!
