Dr's and staff are very nice.Be prepared for a long wait. Punchuality is not a priority :(.

Im 20 and going blind. I have been to this office many times and every time I have a similar experience. The staff is lovely. The nurses are kind and friendly and warm. That being said, some of the specialists themselves are jerks. Dr. Kleinfeldt is one of the rudest doctors I have met. I am terrified that I will go blind at 20 and he does nothing to ease my worries. Each time he has walked into the exam room chatting about lord only knows what with a pretty nurse and ignores me completely. He sees me for less than two minutes and says maybe ten words to me and rushes me out. He doesnt tell me what he is doing or why he is doing it, he just shuts me up and rushes me along. Unprofessional, rude, and expensive. Do not see Dr. Kleinfeldt. He may be a good surgeon but hes a rude person.
