Had eye floater surgery. He explained everything well, preoperation staff information and follwup was great. Had surgery at Surgery Center in Livoina - They were excellent too. Just wish I did surgery a few years ago. What a difference the surgery has made in my eyesight!

I realize surgery can go wrong, as I was told, it happens to 2% or so of the people who have cataract surgery. I was one of the 2%. Dr. Kleinfeldt removed most of the cataract but was unable to replace the lens so I was immediately seen by the Retina specialist in the office. Neither I or my husband were contacted by Dr. Kleinfeldt after the surgery to explain what had gone wrong or to give us a prognosis, he never talked to us again after the surgery. I was told by Dr. Ellenberg that he would put a lens in and it will all be good. My initial surgery was in June, it is now Sept. and I am hopefully finishing up with weekly office visits. Having seen my regular Optometrist I am so disheartened as my vision in my right eye won't ever be really good and I am also left with exceptionally poor depth perception. My husband had both eyes done at this office with no issues, if you are one with an issue, Dr. Kleinfeldt ignores you after surgery.

Had a very good experience (as good as can be expected) getting a corneal cross linking procedure, despite my significant anxiety, which I didnt fully recognize until I fainted during the procedure. Dr. Chow and his amazing assistant Brittany were empathetic and helped me recover from fainting. I was then able to get through the rest of the procedure. One thing I would recommend is more information to take home after the procedure on what to expect in the next few days, info on when I can wear my contacts again, and other general dos and donts.

Rudest doctor in the area for sure. Has no respect for patients. He took forever to respond to my moms pharmacy to give them what they needed to fill her prescription & after dr chow called her pharmacy I overheard the technician crying because of what he said to her. If I could give him 0 stars I would for sure.
