I have been seeing Dr. Kleindfelt for over 10 years now. I get a good exam, tests, etc. for pre-glaucoma. I actually travel 80 miles now to see him.

I went there to do an eye exam, the service was amazing so as the doctor ..He explained everything in details and left there office with a big smile on my face!! While I was on my way home, one of the workersdaisy called me and left me a voicemail message that I dropped my credit card. So I went back to the office and picked it up. Around 3 oclock in the morning I received more than 10 alerts from my bank stating unknown transactions.. The amount was around $14000! The sad part here is you cannot use the card unless you put in the zip code which they got it from my file after taking pics of my card.. I am not blaming it on the doctor nor all the workers but on the worker the had my card and office should know who that person was..
