Please do not use Eye Care Specialists if you value your time. I just received my second last-minute cancellation for a LASIK consultation. In preparation for the consultation (both times), I have already worn my glasses (in lieu of contacts) for an entire week, made plans for child care as I have two children with special needs, and planned for a ride after the appointment after my eyes would be dilated. While I understand that needs arise, it is poor practice management to only have ONE doctor on staff who can perform LASIK consultations. TWO last minute cancellations put a strain on my family's schedule and finances. I hope this helps other potential patients make their decisions.

After waiting months for an appointment, the big day comes. I show up and they tell me that I don't have an appointment. That I cancelled it 2 days prior ! ! I did NOT cancel it. They kept insisting that I cancelled it. Did they care? NO. the best they could do was offer me an appointment in December.

This place needs to shut down. They don't help you pick out glasses. They are more worried about pushing an appointment on you so you spend money. They have TERRIBLE FRAMES. No variety. They are rude . I hope they all choke on their dinner.

They still play the mask game. It's hard to believe they are medical experts when they still pretend that a bandanna over the mouth has a place in society.There are other retailers that follow contemporary medical science that are better suited for eye care.

The receptionist is the worst. Does not listen to your need.it is as if shes a robot. Thankful Dr Judge and the office manager over shadow this womans terrible performance.
