Since they switched to Chesapeake eye care they are the worse. You never get the office, only the call center when calling. Most recently I was told I didnt have a co pay for a follow up but now am getting billed and no one wants to take responsibility and correct the issue. The patient portal is horrible. No one answers when you send a message. I sent a message on 1123/2021 that is still sitting there unanswered. Its one thing after another and Ive been going to eye care specialist for 35 years. The Drs are great if you can deal with the rest of the nonsense

Doctor changed without my permission - then appointment changed 6 months in advance (scheduled for March 2022) and the day/time I need is not available for the rest of 2022. Do yourself a favor and find a place that actually cares about their patients.

Very disappointed. I just drove 45 mins for my appointment after taking off of work for half of a day only to be scolded by the front desk that my appointment was canceled. Very unprofessional. I am the patient, my appointment was not rescheduled nor confirmed rescheduled with me. They saw in the computer I did indeed have an appointment. But I was too offended to reschedule with someone who was just rude to me. Very sad to see these ratings keep going down, but you get what you put into it.

Willing to paid for procedure that will help with vision weekly out your bank account. Do not go there for any reason they will suck your money and life out.!!!!
