I didnt even want to give one star. However that was the only way I could write a review. I experienced Racism at this place and when I expressed my concerns to the three receptionists that were working there that particular day, they said nothing and turned a blind eye. I would never go back there or refer anyone.The person who did my childs eye exam was a total B. and so was her assistant.

I went in to Eye Care Specialists to see Dr. Hadaya at the recommendation of my optometrist. I saw multiple people to get pictures of my eyes before I saw Dr. Hadaya and no one even told me what they were checking for. Finally I was put in a room where all the pictures were on a screen. Dr. Hadaya came in and looked at the pictures and then looked in my eyes. He then said ok yeah you need treatment in both eyes because you might be blind in 6 months, we can either do injections every 3 months or we can do laser but you will lose some vision with the laser. What would you like to do? He never even told me what my diagnosis was and he didn't give me time to process the information. I was taken aback and not ready to make a decision so I then asked what the cost difference was so I could have all the information before making the decision. I never got that answer and was told to call billing if I wanted to know. I was then given another appointment because I was apparently in the way while trying to make this very important decision.I made an appointment with another doctor for a second opinion and he said my left eye needs nothing and my right eye wasn't bad enough for laser but I might need injections but I could wait a couple months to make the decision.I will not be returning to Dr. Hadaya and I do not recommend him to anyone.

Very irresponsible place,they confirm my insurance was accepted for 2 weeks I waited for approval, took off from work to come here to find out the day of my appointment that my insurance is not accepted and wanted to blame the front desk lady that she did not know (when I originally made the appt she confirmed with manager that my insurance was accepted,but the manager that day was more worry about her lunch than a patient)
