Dr. DelRegno is a very sweet, however, her examination are anything but thorough. At previous appointments I've had, her main focus seems to be "hanging out" and talking about her personal life with other Dr.'s she works with, and if she has time, then she will examine patients. She does not seem dedicated to her profession. She does quick exams, get into no detail, and it seems like she rushes through them in order to get back to the "Dr. meeting room" to gossip. I would not recommend her.

You thinking sitting and waiting 2 hours is fun? No one should wait that long. Get up and walk out. There are lots of other BETTER doctors around. So many people complain about this place

I had a cosmetic procedure with no results. Went back to see him was told nothing could be done,but admits not enough filler was used. Really! Staff knew I was upset said we can repeat without charge,but that was incorrect on his part. I am a RN you can't fool me I've worked a long time. Roth his assistant Michelle are unprofessional and desepective.There is no communication or thoughtfulness.I don't want special treatment just adequate care. I will gladly tell all my medical friends to beware!

Recently a person with a disability came to your office in Kingston and when asked if he could get an vision test, he was dismissed by the Doctor. Was told ' Why would he need glasses"?". I find this unacceptable. This person can read and write, that is why he needs a vision screening and possibly glasses.

After waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes I'm getting ready to walk out of their office. My time is just as valuable as theirs,,,maybe they'll pay me for waiting ?
