Had a 930 app't to see Dr. Lutz, I arrived at approximately 9:20 and was taken back within 15 min for the preliminary exam with a technician after which I was told to have a seat and they would be with me in a few minutes. It was approximately 11:10 when I was seen by Dr. Lutz and then after the exam, another few minutes waiting to pay, in all a total of 2 hrs. There were several other people who had been waiting for quite some time that were complaining with each other over the ridiculous wait times.

My father had a 1:30 pm appointment. This is after waiting a month. My father is 88 yrs old, uses a walker and can at times be incontinent. He is transported by medical van which we pay out of pocket for. Had to ask for chairs since all the chairs in waiting room were full. 1.5 hrs after scheduled appointment we are still waiting. When inquired how much longer, we are told there are still 2 people ahead of us. His transport van stops running 30 minutes from when inquired how much longer. Needless to say we spent 1 hr round trip in travel and 1.5 hrs waiting, and I had to take a day off from work and never saw the doctor. This is so wrong and unprofessional for any medical office to keep the people who pay them waiting. It's not like the business gets emergencies that just walk in. This is by appointment only. Why is the office so overbooked? Do you have no concept of what the disabled geriatrics have to go through? Everyone makes concessions for veterans (which he is one), pregnant women or mothers with toddlers, how about the geriatrics who are disabled? Where is politeness, understanding for them? So so disappointed in your lack of care in how you treat the people who pay you.

Hosestly the most unprofessional place I have gone to. The staff is polite but they dont seem to have a hold on their records. First they tell me I have a lower balance, then Call me back and tell me the price I told her the first time on the phone and paid the remaining balance.... go to pick them up and now they say its more expensive them what I paid... needless to say I still dont have my glasses.

Very dissatisfied with the professionalism in this establishment. Could not wear the glasses which I bought my frames elsewhere and they charged over 300 dollars for the lenses . I brought the glasses back to correct the lenses their mistake , and I was recharged another 332.00. Everytime I went there I was charged astronomically. I was talked down to by a staff member 3 times . I would not recommend this establishment .
