Early morning appt and 2 hours past appointment time, they say you are next but the technician says it will be another 1.5-2 hours. people who go there often for 9am appt, bring a lunch with them. the wait is normally 3-4 hours past your appt time. This is such BS, I should send them a bill.

I called today to ask about an appointment to check out some flashes I was having my eye. The woman who answered the phone automatically was going to refer me to an MD for $275. I told her we didn't even know if there was a problem yet or if this was an isolated incident. She kept interrupting me, and then treating me as if I was a hysterical female. She kept telling me I know you're worried I know you're worried. I think she was more worried than I was.I also said I needed an eye exam for glasses and she told me that's completely different. I then asked if, when they did an eye exam for glasses, they checked the macula and the retina, etc. And she said but you're coming in for a problem. I kept insisting I just wanted to know if they checked for that during a general eye exam for glasses and she wouldn't answer me. Even Walmart checks for these things when you go in for glasses. She finally asked if I wanted to speak to her supervisor and I said no..... I was going to go somewhere else. The reviews are right. It must be all about the money, because she would not get off of the subject of my problem. Would not answer any other questions. I recommend people find a more professional place to go to. I know I won't be darkening their doorway.

Upon entering the business, the desk person was very nice, assistant was very nice and Dr. Farrell was competent and pleasant. After my eye exam and waiting for my turn to pick out frames, I was bypassed twice. First time I'm guessing because I was not a female and second time because I didn't rush up and get in the man's face. That was enough for me being ignored and will go spend my money elsewhere and to someone who will appreciate my business.

Had first visit with this Dr. for complete exam for glasses in February. Questioned if I was to have a subsequent visit for a contact lens fitting would I only be responsible for that portion as I already had the exam. I was told the contact fitting fee would be around $45. Had appointment for that yesterday and was now told that it would cost about $120 as I had to have the entire exam again ("COMPANY POLICY"). Bait and switch ! I will take my future business elsewhere.
