Came here for a second opinion, saw one dr who referred me to another one (3 appts in all) I had to go in for testing before i saw the specialist. Came in for my 2 pm appt didnt leave until 4 pm (not good) Saw the dr once, told me he wanted more tests, went in to another doctor, i said to her i got tests done, oh, look lo and behold, there are the tests that he wanted in the computer in my chart (no one bothered to look) Waited again to see him, the man is arrogant, talked to me like i was a 3 yr old did not appreciate this at all. Told me to go back to the other doctor, i said i dont want to go back there. Then proceeded to tell me that there is nothing he can do for me, go tot Geisinger or some other place Wills something, I said I cant see, I will get the glasses until I can go somewhere else. The girl made an appt for my glasses, told me that i need 45 dollars, now the other doctor said that glasses are covered my Medicare after cataract surgery, so if i need money later I will be filing complaints with the Attorney General's OFfice. She said that the dr needs more stuff to do and medicare doesnt cover it Yeah right, I cannot see, so this is my only option right now, until i get to see another specialist. Oh, get a doctor without an attitude

My appointment and the staff were great. However, it was all downhill from there. My lenses had some marks on them that were distracting. I had to go in to show them and the woman never ordered the new lenses she said she was ordering. I had to go in again to show someone else. They ordered new lenses, which I had to go back in to have installed in my frames. These lenses also have marks on them. I had to go in again to show them to another person, who used some sort of cleaner on my lenses. The marks are still there and a day later, I noticed that the cleaner stripped the shine off of whatever parts of my frame that it came into contact with. I contacted the central office on their website because I was tired of going in week after week and having to wait for the person in optical to be available to talk to for something that should have been right the first time. A manager from the central office called me two weeks ago to tell me that they would order new frames and lenses for me, which I haven't seen yet. She was also very short on the phone, as if I was causing an inconvenience because I wanted a perfect pair of glasses. Then I started getting texts and phone calls nearly everyday to take an "optional" survey. The calls don't go away unless you take this long, painful survey! Never again. Go somewhere else. Go anywhere else.

Well, the wait was too long. An appointment scheduled for 2:15 pm and not getting in to see the doctor until 3:05 pm is a problem for me. Waited longer to see the doctor then actual time with the doctor.
