Dr. Grohol is absolutely amazing Ive had him for years and cannot say enough good things. He is very caring and helpful. Unfortunately his staff in optical are not consumer friendly or helpful and I did not have a good experience with the optical staff, very unprofessional.

I don't normally enjoy seeing the doctor. I do however appreciate empathy and compassion. Dr. Josefowicz is incredibly kind and compassionate. I would also add humble to the list. I have a very complicated health history and my recurring vision issues have made my life more complicated and difficult. I will however say that the reception staff have left something to be desired with their work ethic and professionalism. They duplicated my chart, imputed the wrong information into it and have let me stand in front of them waiting to be checked in while they scrolled through social media on their phones. I hope they acquire better receptionists and techs and continue to bring on doctors with a diligent, empathetic and meek spirit. That kind of care is refreshing and so needed with the way healthcare is now being carried out.
