My husband had a 4pm appointment. I waited in the waiting room while he was examined. MANY people came, got examined and left while I waited an HOUR!!! Longest eye exam EVER!! Then he couldn't even pick out a pair of glasses because all the opticians had gone home! He's needed new glasses for a while and now has to wait longer to get them. We will NOT be going back there to order them!

Reviewing because Google keeps asking me about it. Had a terrible experience recently, then filled out the form I was asked to, and ended it with asking for a follow up, per their form. Nobody ever contacted me. ECS is great, just not at this location.

I'd give 5 stars but I will be going elsewhere after being a customer since at least 2013. It's been long time. 5 stars because of Dr. Darrell Evans, he is amazing! Truly. But as far as billing & payments, I was overcharged 2x in error. Once a few years back. and now early this year (2024) by $63.75. Used a company given gift card with the name "Merry Christmas" (AMEX card) Reception told me after I used my balance, she should toss it as it was at a 0 balance. I said "I guess?" -Only to get an email they had refunded (Without calling me) the $ to that card. The email even says "Hello Merry Christmas"!, Well it does no good that the card was tossed in-office & the fact that I've called 17 times since May with 0 answers & results. I was nothing but patient and kind, but I have to now go elsewhere. I'm not in need of cash in hand, the fact is that it should have been addressed the 1st time I called. It's now late August. I would have been 100% ok with a credit. I am now shopping for a new eye place!

Ive been wearing glasses since I was 14 months so Ive been around the block a bit with eye problems. I went in to see Dr. Josefowicz about double vision. I went to see him also a few months ago about the SAME problem and he sent me up to Danville to get checked out after telling me that its 4th nerve palsy or it may be high blood pressure. So I went to Danville to find out it was NOT any of that and that it was my prescription and that it needed to be changed. So I got it changed but a few months later the double vision came back I called went to go see Dr. Cardillo and she checked out my eyes and said my eye health is good its my prescription and that it most likely needs to be relaxed cause its straining my eyes so I had to set up an appointment with Dr. Josefowicz again and I went in for the appointment and he dismissed EVERYTHING I had to say about what was going on didnt even check my eyes and said Im gonna have to send you back up to Danville cause its not your prescription its something else. Moral of this is DONT go to Dr. Josefowicz he doesnt listen to his patients Im getting told a completely different thing from him and other doctors that also work at this location needles to say Ill be changing doctors

I come here for the doctor I see. I will never buy glasses here again. Worse experience I've ever had and unless you enjoy waiting for hours, don't buy glasses here.
