    Called to find out if my wifes eyeglasses were ready, her appointment was on the 11th todays the 24th. Was on the phone 17 minutes to find out that they will call the company tomorrow to find out where they are. 13 days and nonsense on the phone. I called at 3:00 and no one knew anything. A bunch of Sgt Schultzs!!!

    Was charged for a service that did not happen.!!!!! I had my regular eye exam & was asked if I wanted contact lens & then I was told to come back. I was not fitted for any lens Its my word against theirs & there is nothing I can do about it. I called and spoke to different people and everyone said the same thing & did not care about what I had to say. I was even told that if I dont pay Ill just be sent to collections & to take legal action if I wanted to???? Like who says that to a patient!? So now I have to pay for something I did not have done. If this fitting was done like they are saying then why didnt they let me know before it happened ? Why was I not told I was going to be charged? You guys need to think about other people you never know what situation they are living in, not everyone in this town has money you cant just expect someone to pay for something they didnt have done like its nothing. Big mistake on their part! Horrible service I regret coming here this was my first and last time!!!

    I have (or had one good seeing eye,dependent eye) other one was amblyopic-non dependent eye. opted to have good eye done first for cataract ,was not told of side effects that were possible and ended up with a disaster. shadow in my peripheral vision and a drooping eyelid. was told afterwards. oh well this happens sometimes its just a side effect . no compassion just live with it....the eye has never been the same....can not read even with reading glasses ( any diopter) eye always watering or blurry...a nightmare during the living day!!!!!!! Its been years and nothing has changed for the better..... even wartching tv is difficult....he did not even offer to make it right...just live with it.....I paid extra for the best lense and this is what I got.....RUN DON'T WALK AWAY !!!!!!! I wonder how he would handle it if this was the outcome for his wife or one of his daughters ???????

    I decided to give it a try because I was not able to drive so far and due to my insurance cover. Here are the reasons why I will never come back again to this place:-Extremely outdated office: chairs, floor, lights, atmosphere feels like in the 1970.-Staff (back and front) seems rushed and rude to me like they don't like what they are doing. I literally heard the phrase between 2 ladies at the front" I can't wait to get out of here" and the best part is that it was Monday, just a half day of work. The place was not busy at all and they didn't take the time with the patients.-Reduced options of eyeglasses and just a few looking modern (I was not able to find 3 pairs that I really like or fit me well) ended up with the ones I never thought I would pick. I didn't want to come back to spend more time on it even when I was not able to see well due to the dilated eye drops.-The only good thing about the appointment was the Doctor, he was nice and very professional (did more tests than common specialists).After picking up my eyeglasses I was not able to use it they didn't feel correct. I give it a try and as I ending losing coverage just a week later. I didn't want to deal again with it now withouth coverage. $100 less and 1 year without proper glasses.Dr. Finnegan and Walmart are definitely better options in: service, price and frame options. Even without insurance.

    Frames are by far the worst frames Ive ever had in my 15 years of needing glasses. Had to order different ones off pair eyewear. First and last time Ill be going there. Heavily regretting not taking the time to find a different place.
