Do not order glasses from this business. I have been waiting for months and told story after story of why is taking so long for my glasses.. still no one has answers and they were several hundred dollars in addition to my insurance coverage. Super frustrated and buying my glasses online from now on.

Waited an hour today for my scheduled appt. Walked out. Staff is good. The 2 drs i have been to are notoriously late They can text you to pre register and pay, which i had to do again anyway when i arrived but not that the dr is running late? This was Kingston But had the first morning appt in W Pittston a few weeks ago and was still half hr until i saw the dr. And why does my vision need to be checked every time (even at 2 week follow up appt) when i am there to see the ophthalmologist?

One of his staff gave me a harmful chemical instead of contact solution that was not supposed to go in the eyes. It resulted in chemical burns to my eyes and having to get my eyes flushed out for over an hour and a half. I still don't have my normal vision back, they are still blurry and I left without an apology. He did not even come out to say a word to me when it happened. Before that he did not explain anything about my care or exam. They could still seriously blind someone some day. The woman who almost blinded me is still working there. Please be careful. It was a devastating experience.

Please do not go here. I was accidentally given some horrific solution in place of contract solution, was immediate burning pain. They gave me chemical burns in my eyes, and I had to get my eyes flushed out for over two hours and on my way to the hospital. They are going to end up blinding someone someday. I can't believe they would be that careless working with someone's eyes. I wasn't even given an apology.

Had appointment for diabetic eye exam,but they wanted to upsale other test I did not want.Finally I left without getting diabetic eye exam which was a test Geisenger insures for 100% of cost ,but they wanted other test that was not 100% covered by insurance.No beef with Dr but with their upscale techniques
