Dr. Andrew Carver Wilkins is hands down one of the best specialists out there. I originally saw him for cervical stenosis (constant neck pain) and later for shoulder pain, and he completely put me at ease both times. He is incredibly cool, down-to-earth, and has a great sense of humor that immediately cuts through the usual stress of a medical visit. He truly listens to your concerns and gives you his absolute undivided attention instead of staring at a computer screen. There is absolutely zero pressure from him to jump straight into invasive spine procedures or epidural shots. Instead, he is great about referring you to physical therapy to get relief first. His assistant, Laura, is also fantasticshe gave me a seamless steroid shot and kept the whole process entirely smooth and stress-free. The Richardson office itself is wonderful, very clean, and in a great, convenient location. Ultimately, if you want a brilliant specialist who is highly professional, completely approachable, and truly puts your long-term comfort first, Dr. Wilkins is the absolute best choice. It is incredibly rare to find a physician you can trust completely, but his honest, patient-first philosophy gives you total peace of mind.

Siva takes as much time as needed to fully assess the conditions and test all range of motion before offering any strength training or range of motion exercises, I thought I needed another surgery however following Siva recommended exercise for a couple of weeks I could start feeling the difference, now my wife is seeing him for her back!!!
