Friendly staff, respectful of my time.

Love the medical team and service. Despise the check in process. You do it through a kiosk. It feels impersonal, like Im a number. You still have two receptionists so was it really a process/cost savings improvement? I prefer being treated like a human not a number. The current process is really unwelcoming.

The Spine Team were exactly that! A great team. I had excellent care from check in, Hayley, the nurse, the doctor, the xray technician and then the scheduler. I wasnt left waiting between for much time at all. Dr. Badhey was kind, thoughtful in his explanation of what he saw on xrays, and his thoughts on further care. I hgighly recommend this care team.
