She is very good at explaining the diagnosis and treatment options.

The staff were all great and seemed aware of why I was there; they did their homework before I got there. Dr. Patel was understanding and took into account where I was wanting to go with my condition. He too had done his homework. It seems many doctors have you complete a questionnaire about your condition but then dont look at it. Not so with Dr. Patel; he referenced points in my completed questionnaire during his examination.

I am new to this practice, and have only had an initial consult. That said, my experience with Dr. Berg was excellent - he and the here staff are very professional and friendly. They were straightforward with regard to both my and their expectations, listened to my questions and concerns, and provided meaningful responses. I believe I will be in good hands for continuing my care here.
