The doctors, the Spine Team surgical center for epidural injection is very successful and everybody was really nice and except for Kenisha in the billing department. I talked to her about the estimate and we talked about the Anastasia being so much. She never informed me that that was optional with this procedure that I didnt have to have that so Im being charged for something I did not have to have because she would not communicate that to the patient. I think the doctors and the billing department may notify the patient when theyre on Medicare that if the sedation is not required that its our choice did not know that till I talked to the anesthesia doctor I think this would be very helpful to the ones that are unlimited budget that if they could be better educate to educate their patients in the billing and maybe the doctor suggest that thank you otherwise everything was pleasant

Waiting time was short and everything went smoothly. As this was more of a factfinding appointment, I really cant comment further until my follow up for physical therapy.
