My appointment reason was I received a notice on my spinal cord stimulator iPad that my generator was approaching replacement time. I was able to visit with Dr Berg, Kelsey Etley, PA & Mike Etley (my Abbott Representative) to discuss a plain to replace my existing generator. This was the first time I had met Kelsey and Mike - I was very impressed and felt they both had the care and concern for me that I needed. This is this first time that I had seen Dr Berg in a office setting. I have total confidence in him as well.
