From reception to x-ray tech to PA to Dr McPhearson, it was a great visit. I perceived a sense of hustle by all, yet thorough and caring. Wish other Dr offices could display the energy I saw in this office yesterday.

I felt a good vibe this is a place to go they are friendly staff Shannon is a very good very nice she listens to me The doctor was very nice thank you and I will tell all my friends that has spine problems

Dr. Tran is personable, pleasant and knowledgeable. She gathers my recent history for coming in, will do the exam, and lists options for my care. We discuss each option then she allows me to choose the direction I want to go. I feel that we have a partnership in my care.

Staff and doctor were courteous and punctual . Explained everything and easy to understand.
