Dr McPherson was very detailed in his examination of me and he went to great lengths to explain to me what he saw on my x-rays. Overall, I was very satisfied with Dr McPherson attitude and willingness to spend time with me.

I had an injection in C7/T1 for pain. I was made to feel very comfortable from arrival to discharge. Each staff member came by before the procedure and introduced themselves. Dr. McPhearson came in to check on me. When I went to proceedure room. Every step was explained. Dr. McPhearson talked to me the entire time explaining everything. I wasn't sedated just given something given to numb me.Upon discharge nurse went over discharge paperwork.I sincerely feel that no matter what issue ones has with spine they can feel comfortable coming here.Again thank you Dr McPhearson for your skill but more so for your genuine concern for me as a patient & as a person
