good visit

Great visit, by the end I was well informed on what other test were needed and possible treatment plans. Excellent communicator.

This was my first visit, but I got a good impression. Very professional and caring. Not a rash decision, but rather wait for test results.

Dr. Berg was very nice and appears to be a good doctor. He treated me for back paid several years ago and now I'm back for my neck. He explained the procedure very nicely and what I needed to expect. The front office staff were AWFUL! They were too busy talking to each other to pay much attention to the patients that came in. I felt very out of place there. The facility itself was nice and clean although a bit too cold. The x-ray technician was very good and friendly. Dr. Berg's nurse could lighten up a bit a be a bit friendlier.

Several options were discussed. Will begin with physical therapy.
