I came in with sciatica and a pain level between 5 &6. Katie took copious note of the effected area and put together a plan to address the problem. Before and after each session we discussed how I was feeling and the progress I was making. After the 1st two weeks the pain level was down to a 2. I had a minor setback in week 3 and Katie readjusted my workouts. Heading into week 4 the issue was resolved. Each session she added more workouts to the schedule always discussing everything with me. By the end of week 6 NO MORE PAIN. She is extremely knowledgeable and incredibly caring. I highly recommend Katie, she is simply the best.
