Everyone was very professional and polite. I wouldn't change a thing. I was nervous about my visit - however, everyone was super nice which helped me to remain calm. Dr. Platon's easy to follow explanation and use of a healthy spine x-ray (visual aid) made it very easy for me to see where my spine was damaged.

Dr. Christina Nguyen has a very good understanding of back pain and offered corrective options I didn't know existed. Her and her staff are very professional and Dr. Nguyen explained in detail what was causing my back pain.I only wish I would have seen her years ago and not waited so long to get help!

This was literally the best doctor's visit experience i've ever had for any doctor. I was recommended to him by 2 different friends and now I know why. From making the appointment to visiting with the Doctor, the experience was very customer service oriented. They are a well oiled machine. And visiting with the Doctor was great. He helped me understand so much while being empathetic at the same time--and he truly wanted to listen to what i had to say and how i was feeling. I have never felt more comfortable in my health decisions.

The staff was great and caring. I felt they were genuine in their listening and compassion. I do not like the machine check in. Having to get all the information it requests each and every time.

Excellent experience. Extremely knowledgeable, listens to my concerns, always has a smile and makes me feel as if I matter as a patient . Will highly recommend him.
