Dr. Menditto is the best! I wanted a therapist who would give me the exercises I could use for back issues for the rest of my life. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and she closely monitored how I was feeling while stretching and doing strength building in my back. I would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone who wants to strengthen their back and core, to avoid surgery and unnecessary pain. We met virtually and I had all the benefits of in-person sessions.

The wait was minimal. Dr. Platon was knowledgeable and friendly. My pain is decreasing after the first visit so I have hopes with upcoming physical therapy I will be back to normal soon.
