Dr. Mendittos had me moving without any pain in a week and a half. She gave me my go to exercises For when Im experiencing back pain again. She is very patient with you. I will see her again if my pain returns.

Virtual therapy visits have been going very well. At first I was nervous of the format, but Justin does a great job at clearly communicating exercises and asks lots of questions to understand the feedback my body provides through each movement. I have learned a ton about my issue and how to manage it thanks to Justin's input.
