L and R lower back pain, L and R hip pain, L leg pain. Dr Menditto diagnosed my problems, put together a program for pain relief therapy. After 12 visits, I now get relief from my pain when needed. I fought Dr Donnely about PT, finally she talked me into it, fortunately I drew Theresa as my therapist . Thanks Theresa, hope I never have to see you again. :) Great Job!!! Steve Green

Dr. Cooper & Lisa as well as his staff is wonderful. The people that work at the surgery center is AWESOME as well. They all make you feel so comfortable that is what I love about them. It is good to have that feeling before you go in for a procedure it's just brings a calm to you. Great Doctor & Staff!

From the time you enter into the facility is great. Professional, structured detail visits. The staff and nurses are absolutely awesome. Dr. Anthony berg was great in detailed on what my procedure would be like. He did a great job! I recommend him as a good doctor.
