The people who checked me in, the tech, the Dr., everyone was super pleasant and did their job exceptionally well, but can we talk about the wait time and how long the appointment took, is this normal these days? I feel like it takes forever just to get through an appointment. My appointment was at 1 PM, I get there at 12:45, It takes about 20 minutes to check in, and I wasnt pulled back until about 1:30. They had me go through a series of tests, going into different rooms for different things, and then finally was seen by the doctor and by the time I got out, ordered new contacts, paid my copay, scheduled another year check up, it was after 2:45 so the entire process took a little over 2 hours. Maybe Im just not used to the normalcy of it taking so long I need to bring a snack with me next time.

After my previous doc told me I needed glasses due to issues adjusting focus and then charging me $600 for glasses they failed to correct twice (they make me sick so I dont wear them)....Loden did an exam and said my sight was perfect and no glasses needed. They were great and honest. Wife also had great experiences after accidentally scratching her eyeball and recommends them as well
