    The staff at Green Hills location are very nice. Make sure you do your RESEARCH!!!!!. I went to Loden because I wanted to get rid of dealing with contacts & glasses. They suggested I get the Restor - multifocal cataract surgery and I asked them what the side effect would be & they stated the only thing is that I would not be able to see very small print - unfortunately that was untrue. Six months later and several additional doctors appointments, I am having to use readers on the computer & for regular reading. My vision is blurry 60% of the time, they burn all the time and I have "floaters" 100% of the time. I was told my eye problems are due to dry eye (never had dry eyes before procedure) and they recommended all these additional procedures which were costly and that I could not afford I would much rather go back to contacts & glasses - they were less of a hassle and I could see a lot better.

    Closed his clinic at Skyline without warning. I don't know what type of problem they had but they should tell patients. Called the number and they said I would have to go to one of their other facilities but I would not be able to see my normal doctor. not happy.

    Can't recommend this place. I love my optometrist and he sent me there for my cataract surgery. I decided to do the forever young lens and now i see blurry near and far. I complained to Dr. Loden about it and he said I have dry eye. I have been using restasis for 6 months with no improvement. Now they want to charge me for a lasik procedure. It has been a mess. I think they don't want to deal with me because I don't ever see my surgeon anymore.

    I had cataract surgery 2-4-16. I was scared to death about having the procedure done. My daughter had Lasik with Dr. Loden in August 2015. She assured me that I would be just fine. Her words, He gave me superpower eye sight (20/15) and you will be good too. On the am of 2-5-16 I was 20/20 and refracted to 20/15. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Dr. Loden and all of your staff!
