Cathy here...I had tradional cataract surgery in 2011 w Dr Loden and recently had laser cataract surgery w Dr Loden..night and day difference between the two surgeries!!! Quicker recovery and and vision improvements came faster! Highly recommend the laser.

I highly recommend Loden Vision for anyone considering cataract surgery. I experienced such professional care there from the first appointment to the second eye surgery. I also received correction for my vision with implants-WOW what a blessing!!!

I walked through the door at 3:15 and the lady told me as the doctor cancel my appointment that I got there at 3:25. Which was a lie because I used my GSP to get me there. I pulled in the parking lot at 3:13pm. Did my paper work. I left for ten minutes got back at 3:57pm the doctor said no I have other things to do please reschedule her for a later day. As a new patient there yesterday was very awful and the tone of voice that was used while speaking to me was very unprofessional of that young lady. Now, the lady that did my paper and said I could leave and come right she was sweet. I WILL NEVER COME BACK OR BE A PATIENT THERE. I FEEL BAD BUT I TRULEY DID NOT LIKE THAT WAY SHE SPOKE TO ME.

From the moment I walked in l was well taken care of. I had surgery on both my eyes. And both surgerys went great! So thankful for all the employees who work at Loden Rivergate location. Kind, caring and professional. K THOMPSON 10/31/2018
