    Mostly positive experience during the eye exams. I love my glasses! I am leaving a poor review, because although the quality of the materials are great, the customer service is severely lacking.I have been trying to communicate with the representatives since my visit four months ago in November, 2023 to recieve the contacts i paid for. And I've called several times a month, but the only response I get is, "no, you cannot pick them up. we will call you later," or "we will call you tomorrow. This hasn't happened in the four months.I understand they don't care about my situation, so I politely ask for a refund.

    Dr. Doherty and his staff did an outstanding job with my cataract surgery. The staff did a great job getting me ready for the surgery they were very pleasant and knowledgeable. The surgery went extremely well. I didnt experience any pain during the surgery and Dr. Doherty explained what was happening during each step of the surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Doherty if you ever need cataract surgery.
