Loden Vision came highly recommended to me by several physicians. Entire staff was welcoming and patient! Wonderful experience - would definitely recommend. I had 20/20 vision post-op day one!

I wish I could give two rounds of reviews because I rate this place 5 stars for the way they handled my surgery and the results I got from it however, I went in for my one year follow up that was supposed to be a simple check up to make sure everything looked good and the nurse who was clearly brand new, scratches both of my corneas during the pressure test. I was so mad because I went in seeing the best I ever had and left with blurry vision and pain. So much so they had to give me steroids and write me a doctors note to miss work. Whatever the scale that is malpractice and I cannot believe a place where I had such a great experience the first time around would have amateur staff with even a slight bit of access toward touching a patients eyes. They were completely unapologetic and couldnt even wrap their heads around the fact that I went in for a check up and left like I left worse than when I had my surgery. Unacceptable.

I had 2 cataract surgeries this summer and had very good experiences with each one. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and calming. Dr. Doughtery is very skilled and personable. He always answered my questions and I felt very comfortable. The offices were very clean and inviting. Thank you to all for a very good experience.
