    Recently relocated after COVID and needed to catch up on my annual exam regimen (comprehensive exam + Contacts fitting). Have ALWAYS received care from ophthalmologist, but scheduling with one here was a real challenge and needed to get it done. Advised to see the #2, right hand (an optometrist) in the office & accepted.Exam was conducted almost entirely by a technician, not the optometrist--including the vision test. Only spent 10 minutes or so with the optometrist to inspect my inner eye & to discuss a couple complaints.In my opinion this was a very low standard of care.Further, in spite of being screened for temperature and instructed to conform to wearing a mask while on premises (staff was doing so), the optometrist enters the exam room with the mask protecting his chin (mouth and nose fully exposed) for the entire session with him. Really quite shocked.Found another provider in Nashville and got care there--still an optometrist, but a pro this time.Consider the time spent at Loden Vision Centers wasted.

    Wow! I just received the best customer service and a complete overall experience when purchasing eye glasses. When selecting eyewear, Tommy Kao delivered outstanding service. He helped me select my glasses, explained options, and recommended eyewear protection and options I didn't know where available for me. Thanks again Tommy for all your help, you are awesome!
