Detailed and focused on person and task at hand. Excellent at explaining procedure and patient with me. Does not act rushed or in a hurry. Compassionate and knowledgeable with various scenarios of side effects and how theyre managed if they occur. Calm and reassuring. Will definitely recommend. Good results on first eye.
