    Today was my first visit here. The staff was incredibly friendly. Ive had glasses and contacts for years so Im not new to the optical world. The only thing that is preventing me from going back is the girl they have in optical. After politely telling her twice that I wanted to browse until ready, she stood there awkwardly shoulder to shoulder until I decided on a pair. Then she kept trying to upsell me. I finally told her I would purchase online. She then tried to discredit online retailers instead of selling the benefits of purchasing through Loden. I appreciate her attempt but it was so uncomfortable and awkward. I secretly hoped the gentleman would finish with his patient so he could help me. Ive been in sales for over 10 years and this girl didnt recognize social cues or that her customer would have purchased had she backed off. If I return, it will be to work with the guy there, not that girl.

    I had cataracts removed in both eyes at Loden Vision Center in June 2019 and could not be more satisfied with the experience and the results. The facilities are excellent and comfortable. The staff are all very courteous, thoughtful and professional. There is a reason Loden Vision has so consistently been given such high reviews and I am glad I chose to trust them with my eyes. Dr. Loden is an excellent surgeon and an excellent person as well.

    I am a 69 yo woman who has worn corrective lenses for distant vision since the age of 10, and over the last several years have required trifocal lenses, plus prisms in both lenses for all daily activities. With age, add to that mature cataracts on both eyes. After a very thorough examination in Dr. James Lodens Rivergate Parkway offices and consultation with Dr. Loden, I have over the past month undergone procedures for removal of the cataracts, with placement of intra-ocular lenses, as well as correction of my astigmatism. I am happy to say that I now have 20/20 distant vision for the first time in my memory. The level of services provided to me by all of Dr. Lodens staff, both in the Rivergate Parkway offices and in the Out Patient Surgery Center have been top notch. I have been very pleased by the technology available at Loden Vision to diagnose my specific vision issues. As a result of the exam, Dr. Loden also identified another issue, which thankfully, is not currently problematic. Following the thorough exam, Dr. Loden outlined his recommendations clearly and did not make unreasonable promises as to the outcome of my surgeries. However, the outcome has more than exceeded my expectations. I would gladly recommend Loden Vision and Dr. Loden to anyone seeking high level professional vision care.
