    My experience at Loden vision was great. I was pretty nervous about getting LASIK, but everyone was so nice and they helped put me at ease. Expectations were laid out very clearly, and after thoroughly checking for good candicacy, they set you up for surgery. Dr. Loren explained everything that was happening during surgery and even called to check on me that night. Im happy to say Im seeing better than 20/20 my first day after surgery!

    The staff and Dr. Loden were AMAZING. They took the time to thoroughly educate me on the process and examine my eyes before the actual procedure. They made me feel very comfortable and I am extremely satisfied with my results. I would recommend everyone interested in Lasik to visit Loden Vision Center.

    I called that morning and was told teenagers could be seen as walk ins until 10.30, so we arrived around 10.10. There was a sweet older gentleman that was talking to the lady behind the desk, he has a gazillion questions (his right as a customer), but I needed to be checked in by 10.30! She had me take seat until he left which put us 4 mins before 10.30, which is when she said they are about to break for lunch. Ugh! I thought, here we go again...(we had recently experience HORRIBLE service at Vision Works in Cool Springs mall). This is the reason for the star deduction. But she immediately redeemed herself (in my eyes) when she started to actually check me in, she had to call VW to get them to release an authorization they were losing against me and my son. They (VW) couldnt even find it! Insane! So she had to call someone else (I believe VSP, our insurance to get it done). My son was the tested, brought out to choose glasses where another rock star helped us narrow down since both me and my kid are so indecisive. The glasses came back in less than a week! brbrThe doctor and her Assistant (dont know exact titles) were also very kind and welcoming. brbrIm glad we found this place and Im sure well be back in a year to choose more glasses.

    I had ILasik almost 3 weeks ago and I have never been happier! They changed my life for me so quickly! I had become miserable in glasses and couldnt wear contacts and they changed everything for me in a matter of 10 minutes!!! I cant begin to tell you how worth it this procedure is and how easy and quick! Thank you Dr. Loden and everyone at Loden Vision Centers!!

    These people are phenomenal. They shut me down the first time because of inconsistent measurements They could have done it, but they were afraid of any potential complications I came back in a month medication straightened out, and there were no issues. Very safety - minded. Patients come first. Outstanding experience. Try them out. You wont regret it.
