Everyone at Loden Vision was SO professional and friendly from the time we walked in, through the pre-op process, the surgery, and the post-op follow up. Got a new prescription from Vanderbilt Eye Clinic and went here for new lenses. When the glasses were ready there was something wrong. No mention of my double vision issue. I asked Jackie if there was any way to correct this and she mentioned PRISM, never heard this term before so I researched it and demanded a follow up visit at Vanderbilt where the double vision was diagnosed and addressed. A new prescription was issued and after receiving the new lenses the prism is working to mitigate the double vision. Many thanks to Jackie for helping through this difficult process!

I was so nervous about lasik surgery but the team at Loden were amazing and answered all my questions and made me feel exceptionally confident. And the day of surgery was a breeze, everyone was incredible and kind. Wish I had done it sooner!
