    Surgery was great and very fast. I could not see the biggest letter prior and before I even got out of the chair I could read the clock on the wall! It was a great feeling. Highly recommend!

    Was extremely happy with my experience. After the 3 hour wait from surgery, I could see a huge change in my vision. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful.

    I would like to take a minute to describe in short order the amazing experience that Dr. Loden and his team have blessed me with over the last couple of weeks. A good friend of mine recommended Dr. Loden because he had also had the same experience a year or so ago. The first phone call I made to his office, I could tell that his staffs professionalism and genuine care for their patients was on point. I scheduled an appointment at their earliest opening.Upon arrival for my first visit for consultation to see if I was a candidate for iLasik, I was greeted at the front door by a great smile and a helping hand to get me exactly where I was to be. Checkin process was the simplest healthcare checkin that Ive ever experienced. (Many primary care facilities should visit to take notes and learn from their process) Check-in took less than 5 minutes and I was being seen a few minutes before my appointment time because I arrived just a bit early for my first appointment as a new patient.My exam proceeded flawlessly, and it was determined that I was a candidate for the operation. I then met with Chelsea to schedule and review my next options. She had an opening today, 12/13/19. Package options were very simple and straight forward. I chose a package with an all in cost for all required office visits, required drops, and any future visits for a year. It was nice to have peace of mind to have a complete cost at the time of service that I knew I wouldnt get bill after bill in the mail after the fact. I scheduled my operation, paid, and they took me back to go ahead with measurements for my procedure that day. I left their office that day realizing that I had come to the right place. Their staff and processes were in place like a well oiled machine.Upon arrival today, I was greeted at the door with the same wonderful smile and helpfulness. This time, I was on time and she knew my name at the door! I was welcomed in, got signed in and had a few more items of paperwork to work through while I waited a few minutes to be seen. I was quickly brought back and given an updated exam, more measurements taken, and was set to go. I was marked and prepped for the operation quickly and efficiently and was ready! The actual operation didnt seem like it took 10 minutes. Dr Loden talked me through everything he was doing as he worked. It was very comforting that he would let you know every part of the process and that each part was complete and went well. In literally one blink of an eye, both eyes were done ( I couldnt blink while my eyes were held open ). I was escorted out into an area of low light and allowed to sit for 15-20 minutes with my eyes closed to quickly recover. The staff explained to me my dos and donts and what I needed to do today, tonight, and over the next couple of weeks to make sure that I get the best results out of their work. I was sent home to nap for a bit and I woke up to sight that Ive never seen before! I have to follow the Drs orders for a bit and I believe that I will have better than 20/20 vision. I am writing this review less than 6 hours after my procedure and I can already see drastic improvement. I was told that i will see the full effect in less than a weeks time.I am very thankful for Dr. Loden and his team for their amazing work. I would recommend to anyone that has ever considered iLasik to call at their earliest opportunity and get on their schedule! You wont regret it! A++ in my book.

    Great bedside manner, efficient process, no perceived lack or organization, and the confidence and assurance Dr. Loden communicated about the LASIK procedure made this experience fantastic. I would highly recommend this clinical practice to anyone, and I'm ecstatic about my newfound ability to see!
