    Terry Stutts in the Optometry Department is the best!! In under 3 minutes he fixed what had haunted me for years. He is super nice, patient and giving of his knowledge to get things done perfectly. Loden Vision Centers hit the jackpot when they got Terry. I've already referred friends and family!! Thank you very very much!

    *Research the Flapless SMILE at Toyos Clinic*Loden Vision does a horrible job scheduling. After scheduling the first time, they cancelled without telling me (due to Covid). When I rescheduled, apparently they mistakenly scheduled me for a contact fitting exam when I wanted lasik, because when i arrived they gave me an agreement form for the wrong appointment. When I told them their mistake, they said, "well, do you want to do the contact exam while you're here?". I have contacts already and don't like them, which is why i want lasik. When I declined, they appologized and said the lasik doctor wasn't there that day and they would call me to reschedule (again). They never called. Poor job Loden.

    I could not make a list and have gotten better service! Everyone was super friendly and professional in every way. Dr. Doherty is as good as they get with his relaxing personality and attention to detail making you feel like celebrity and giving you his undivided attention. Even went out of his way to personally call the evening of my procedure to check how I was doing and reassure me by offering to answer any questions I may have had. That is very personal touch and way above and beyond of today's norm of pay and send you on your way to get the next one in and out mentality.

    I've had one Cataract surgery at Loden, this will be my second one. First surgery was good so I'm going back for the other eye! I have great confidence in Loden Vision Center.
