I was in a desperate situation. I had some pretty bad pain in one eye and my eye doctor was out of the office all week. I didn't really know what to do. I called just hoping to get some good advice. What I got was a caring individual on the phone who after a brief hold told me I could come in right then. I was treated very well. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Carrico is also very caring and professional. Hats off to this organization. You get an A++ from me!

My husband had LASIK done by Dr. Loden and start to finish the process was excellent. Great customer service and his sight improved to better than 20/20 within a day. Best in Nashville!
