Detailed and focused on person and task at hand. Excellent at explaining procedure and patient with me. Does not act rushed or in a hurry. Compassionate and knowledgeable with various scenarios of side effects and how theyre managed if they occur. Calm and reassuring. Will definitely recommend. Good results on first eye. Scheduled to return for second eye in a week.
