Dr. Burch is the best. My initial experience at Frantz Center not the best after my cataract surgery. Dr. Burch is the one doctor who helped me see more clearly.

Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. The staff is great. One of the ladies who welcomes you into the exam room i think her name is yesenia is very friendly and pleasant to speak to. Dr bursch answered all my questions prior to surgery. I had the SMILE procedure done. The only reason why i leave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the day of surgery they gave me something to calm me down and said it would be 20 minutes before i felt relaxed. 5 minutes into the waiting period and they were already rushing me to surgery but i was trembling very much because i was nervous. The whole thing just felt rushed and i was shaking during the procedure because not enough time was given for calming medication to take effect. Dry eye the first couple of weeks after the surgery but have gotten much better with time. Overall i would recomment frant eye care and the team itself couldnt be better

My first visit to the office. The entire staff was very friendly and I will definitely be back. Debbie was great and thorough with my exam and the insurance and out of pocket costs were well explained. I gave four stars vs five because I did wait over 40 minutes for the doctor between my exam and seeing him.

Ladies at the front desk are most welcoming and so helpful when I have had a question. Technicians are very competent in handling their prelimary test data of my eyes. My only suggestion would be to speed up the time between machines and with seeing the doctor. An eye appt should not take half a day. My doctor's efforts have provided positive results.

Im impressed with the thoroughness of the evaluation, the respectful treatment by Doctor and staff; my big complaint is that I was asked to come in a half hour early to fill out paperwork. I signed in and then sat down in the waiting area for 20 minutes. at 1:15, the time when I shouldve had my appointment, I went to check in at the desk. No one had given me anything to fill out in the 20 minutes that I sat and waited. After I went to the desk at 1:15, I was handed several pages of paperwork. Therefore, my visit was delayed. After that, I was pleased with how the visit went .
