Excellent appointment scheduling through Shelly. Dr. Busch could not have been more compassionate about my condition. I immediately began to be comfortable about diagnosis and treatment of the case of Shingles I contracted. Would come back without hesitation.

Very satisfied with Dr. Nguyen. Have been seeing her for four years and she is a very professional optometrist. She answers all questions and gives very good advice as to treatment options.

All the staff members were extremely pleasant and cordial. It did appear that some patients had been waiting a long time and a couple had to reschedule. This seems to be the norm everywhere in Ft. Myers. My wait seemed about right. However, my appointment had been mysteriously changed to the wrong doctor. After we discovered this, everyone was very apologetic and I was rescheduled for a new appointment. I found personnel to be thorough and professional. Needing to return is slightly annoying, but evidently there are others doing the same, for different reasons.
So glad chose Frantz Eye Caree

Punta Gorda is office I go to, but surgery is performed in Ft Meyers. Was not aware of Courtesy Van, but all worked out fine. In all fairness,, was asked if I had ride to Ft Meyers, but wasnt told they offered Courtesy Van. No long wait for appt when going to Punta Gorda. Very thorough testing, staff extremely professional and very nice and knowledgeable. So glad I chose Frantz Eye Care for my cataract surgery. Only negative would be to be sure to offer the sunglasses after dilation of eyes. Sun was blinding when walking down outside steps. At my 2nd appt I did notice staff member offering the sunglasses to a patient.

Thorough exam with very nice staff. I was a little put off with the amount of paperwork we were asked to sign at first. The amount of paperwork made this feel more like buying a car at a car dealer than a doctors office visit. That aside the overall experience was good.
