Arrived for a pre-operative exam and although the waiting room was relatively full I was waited on within 10 minutes of my scheduled time. The staff was efficient and answered all my questions promptly. The constant factor at all of Frantz's locations has been the passing of patients between various staff and the wait time between each of those handoffs.

First, I like your office. Second I like Dr. Burch very much. I usually spend 1 1/2 - 2 hours there for my appointment. On Thursday 2/10 I was there 3 hours and 15 minutes. I went back with 1st tec within 10 minutes. Then to middle waiting room for 10 minutes or so. Then to testing on machines. After the tests I went back to the middle waiting room for 1 hour 10 minutes. That is too long for a patient to sit and wait to see the doctor. The first part of visit went smoothly. I asked a tech after about 45 -50 minutes to please check on my appointment status, she said she would, I never saw her again. Disappointing. Then waited about 1/2 hour later a male tec came and got me to see Dr. Burch. I do blame it on the snow bird season, and I feel there was over booking. Parking lot full to capacity, never have I seen it full. While many people came into middle waiting room after me, and filled it up, it emptied out before I saw doctor. I will continue to be a patient for now. Please correct.

Staff was extremely professional and extremely competent. I also noted that almost every employee I met seemed to be happy and they were all smiling. I perceived their happiness to be authentic. After meeting with Dr Frantz I also perceived him to be sincere and concerned about my well being
